I will say car wash isn’t great as their was dirt on fender when I brought it and after car wash as well. Cashier very friendly but didn’t catch her name. Would be a 5 star if it wasn’t for yet another mishap from online system and quality of car wash. More

My Service Consultant, Marco Pinto, went above and beyond to assist me in a v I was extremely pleased with latest service at Acura of Pembroke Pines. My Service Consultant, Marco Pinto, went above and beyond to assist me in a very expeditious manner. I was travelling home from work and experienced an issue that needed immediate attention. I called him, explained the issue and he told me to come straight to the dealership. He then called me back and told me he would have a loaner car waiting for me so I wouldn't have to wait around a long time. I got to the dealership at 4:55 pm. Mr. Pinto was scheduled to get off work at 5:00 pm. He waited for me to arrive and stayed beyond his shift to take care of me personally and ensure my car was taken care of and coordinated the loaner for me. I cannot express how grateful I am for his support. He always goes the extra mile for his clients and ensures they are taken care of. The service at Acura of Pembroke Pines is second to none. I have used them for many years and sincerely appreciate the efforts they go to to make my experience outstanding. More
