Once the sale was done the rep Nigel was no help with issues I had with the vehicle. I would text and call and get no response. I was promised the car was perfect and safe to be taken home. Car ended up issues I had with the vehicle. I would text and call and get no response. I was promised the car was perfect and safe to be taken home. Car ended up having a headlight out which they gave me a run around and did not assist to get it changed out they kept referring me to go to the Infiniti dealership to get it fixed. The vehicle did not have a spare key and the main key was broken and they stated that Infiniti would be able to help me in which they could not because I would have to pay a crazy amount. The coolant of the vehicle continued to go down and once the car was dropped off twice every time I would get home the coolant would be empty. Infiniti assisted to tell me the thermostat of the vehicle was broken in which Acura of Pembroke Pines said everything was checked and safe to take home. I ended up not having my vehicle for more than two weeks and had to pay a hefty fee due to having to fix things in which Acura stated was fixed. I had to drive my car up to Pembroke multiple times until I realized that they were not going to assist in the needs I had with the vehicle. I was told I would get four brand new tires in which they only gave me two. There was a leather piece inside the vehicle in which they said they would change because it had a tear; they did not change it but only painted over it resulting in the old tear now showing. The steering wheel’s leather had something wrong with the stitching in which they did not fix either. The oil change in which they did was also noted by Infiniti that it was not done correctly as the oil was super dark and old. Overall they overpromised things to be done promised that there main purpose was to assure I was safe with the vehicle I purchased when in reality the car had multiple issues. The title of the vehicle also said it was a 4 door when I purchased a 2 door vehicle in which they also advised me I would have to figure it out with the DMV. They also told me my new plate and registration would be sent to me when in reality I was sent a letter in the mail stating I had to pick it up at the dealer which is far from where I live. In addition, I felt the finance department in where they ran my credit had horrible customer service and ran my credit incorrectly so I would have to pay more monthly for the vehicle. Within the price paid for the car and it being my first time purchasing from a dealer you would think they would consider the buyer as a high priority in which I felt neglected. Horrible dealer and horrible customer service. Infiniti dealership were flabbergasted that a Acura of Pembroke would allow that vehicle to be sold the way it was and did not approve of the work they did to the vehicle I bought. More
