The service at Acura of Pembroke Pines used to be really great. I have owned Acura vehicles since 2008. In the past couple of years not only have I had major issues with my brand new car, the service dept h great. I have owned Acura vehicles since 2008. In the past couple of years not only have I had major issues with my brand new car, the service dept has really been lacking. For example, I recently went for my prepaid service and they said they replaced my wiper fluid, they did not. I had to go out of my way to go to the service dept again in my day off to have it replaced. My service agent himself is good but the service itself that is done is not. Loaners are never available. Impossible to coordinate getting my car taken care of without a loaner for an issue that keeps occurring. I get calls constantly from Acura about the trade in program and if I’d be interested in them buying out my lease….my vehicle is not leased I bought it. Just very disorganized. I used to always tell people this Acura and Acura in general is the best. I don’t feel that way anymore, I’m not sure what happened but i no longer recommend to my family and friends. More

During the last year when the auto industry was shaken up by supply chain problems, Acura of Pembroke always very receptive to its customer's needs. During the last year when the auto industry was shaken up by supply chain problems, Acura of Pembroke Pine (unlike many auto dealerships) DiD NOT gouge its customers who were looking to purchase new cars. That cements a long-term relationship with customers, myself included. More
