Rayon took the time to listen to issues I was having with my MDX. He explain what they were going to do. Checked to make sure the parts were available. Once it was determined that they were not going to be a my MDX. He explain what they were going to do. Checked to make sure the parts were available. Once it was determined that they were not going to be able to finish as projected due to an electrical issue he notified me immediately so I would no longer have to wait. The next day he notified me that they were finishing up. Rayon did a great job keeping me appraised of the situation. Thank you. More
