I had an appointment for an oil change and was told that it will take 1 hour for only and if I wanted car wash will be another half hour, but I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours and I noticed that people who ca it will take 1 hour for only and if I wanted car wash will be another half hour, but I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours and I noticed that people who came way after me were done before me. Everyone is very nice, I had Marco. He was great, very attentive with the queue of my car and asking if I wanted a loaner. When it was time for me to pick up my car, my keys were no where to be found, fin attentive with the queue of my car and asking if I wanted a loaner. When it was time for me to pick up my car, my keys were no where to be found, finally we found them in Marco's office. This wasn't a big deal, but we spent about 15 minutes looking when it should have been at the front for me to pick up with my paperwork. I was told initially that I would have my tire pressures reset. This was not done, I asked the Valet guys to help with that. Again, not a big deal but minor things that shouldn't have happened. - This was my first time being serviced there. But overall great. :) More
