I was happy with my service advisor Richard, he is great. I picked up my car and it was horrible. lets say I went home with a dirty car, I advised the porter the situation and he said he will take care of it I picked up my car and it was horrible. lets say I went home with a dirty car, I advised the porter the situation and he said he will take care of it. After waiting an HOUR then they lost my key come to find out they never ran it through the car wash no one advised the other service advisors and NO ONE even asked me anything or anyone to check up on my situation. There was still grass and dirt all over my car due to the landscapers cutting the grass. Richard was not there so he is not to blame. Unfortunately, if your service advisor is not there you wont get the service you need. Mind you I always like coming here. More
