Salesman who helped me, tried to upsale me, when I had already had everything sorted out with Jordan. This was after I tried to call and left a message with Alex and he returns my call 2 hours later. I also never received a phone call, saying my car was complete and ready for pickup. On a side note, the car wash is horrible. My car is always half cleaned, this time interior was barely vacuumed and the front end and windshield still had a lot of bugs/big remains left. Hopefully, the car washing results this will change in near future. More

My service was outstanding! My Service Advisor, Alex, did the most important thing. He listened. The problem with my vehicle was difficult to explain. Knowing that diagnosing the problem would be difficult when the car was hot after my 20 mile drive to the dealership, Alex had a loaner vehicle ready for me. The tech test drove the vehicle that afternoon and again the following morning, at which time Alex contacted me.
