I dropped off my car for service. No loaner cars were available. When the work was done, I was told they would send a Customer Shuttle to pick me up in about 20 minutes. They did not call me when they arrived, nor did the driver get out and knock on my front door. He simply honked his horn, and then was irritated with ME since he had apparently already honked a previous time and I didn't come out. When I asked why he didn't call when he arrived, he said he didn't have his glasses with him and couldn't read my phone number on his printout! And when asked why he didn't knock on the front door, he said, and I quote, "You don't have a front door"!!! OMG! Am I on candid camera? More

Scheduled my appointment for day after my call. They were quick to attend to me when I arrived.
