Excellent Service Advisor Nelson Robles, excellent service. My 2017 ILX had to be towed to Acura of Pembroke Pines because when I turned it on and tried to drive, it shut down and the computer on board flashed My 2017 ILX had to be towed to Acura of Pembroke Pines because when I turned it on and tried to drive, it shut down and the computer on board flashed a warning that something was wrong with the transmission and emission system. Service Advisor Nelson Robles took care of me and since it was late in the day he provided a loaner car and advise that he would call me back as soon as they found out what the problem was. He called me back to explain that some kind of rodent had built a nest inside the engine and had damaged the wire harness. He explained that I needed to call my insurance company so they could take care of the invoice. Once my insurance agent sent their inspector and approved the payment my vehicle was repaired quickly. I would like to commend Nelson Robles for being such a courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service advisor, he is an asset to your company. More
