I greatly appreciate him for going above and beyond to provide awesome customer service. He went out his way to come pick me up from work so I can collect my car. I knew that at 5 pm the service for pick and drop off ends. I mentioned to him that I a work few miles away so if it passes that time I will walk to the the dealer to collect my car. When I got his phone call that the car is completed Mack personally went out of his busy schedule to pick me up. What a gem 💎 and absolute super star. He sets a great example for next employee.
