Was conned into a vehicle by the shady sales manager Scott. I’ve had the car almost 2 months and it’s problem after problem with the car. The certification process was a joke. Not only did it take 2 weeks for the car to get certified but I had to have it towed back to the dealer a few days later. Took another 2 weeks for the car to be completed. To add insult to injury the speakers are pooping once again after I was assured the issue was resolved during the certification process. Would never recommend this place to anyone . More

Blower for a 2017 Acura needed to be evaluated and to see if they had the part. This was on a Friday at 2:30 pm. I asked if it was going to take longer, I needed a loaner car. It is amazing that he knew that information write of his head. He told me that he will call me on Saturday. I stopped by at the dealer at 3 pm. My advisor was not there. Had to call the service manager and find out what was going on with the car. If it could not be repaired because of unavailable part or loaner car I needed the car back.Service manager found a loaner car. I finally I got the car on Thursday of the following week. After buying 3 cars from your dealer. Please don’t treat me an idiot. More
