Service Plus Routine service visit with additional service. Air bag recall issue was taken care of and a "transmission/power train" noise was addressed. Both of these issues were addressed at no cost to me. Both covered under warrantee. Because the "fixes" took additional for parts, I was given a loaner vehicle. My car was ready the next day. Great service and professional I came in for a major repair recently. The new part that was placed in my acura mdx was detective. The associate called me at work saying it would tak I came in for a major repair recently. The new part that was placed in my acura mdx was detective. The associate called me at work saying it would take them a few more hours to complete the repair. They repaired my acura mdx, also did a discounted oil change, passenger airbag recall, and car wash. What put this 5 star rating over the top was they cleaned up my engine by wiping up grease and stains on hoses, etc. Awesome More
