This is our second new vehicle purchase in 3 years from Acura of Glendale and Karine. It is very refreshing in this day and age of "conglomo" dealerships to find a family owned and operated store that car Acura of Glendale and Karine. Karine is an awesome sales rep, and the team of her, Alton and Dwight make your entire experience relaxing and perfectly paced. If you are in the market for a new or CPO Acura, or a very well kept pre-owned vehicle it would be well worth your time to give Karine a chance to earn your business. I can guarantee from multiple experiences that it will be well worth your time. Made a weekday appointment with Roger to service my 2017 MDX. Was first in and thanks to Roger’s help was able to get out and to work timely. I contacted Acura of Glendale last week regarding an MDX I saw online. Karine immediately got back to me. I wanted more info and pics of the car I was interested in. She immediately texted me pictures and answered the questions I had. Since I live quite a distance away, we had scheduled an appointment during the weekend but I had to have this car. I walked in, yesterday Thursday, asked for Karine and she took care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I did not have a good experience at another dealership nearby, so I was so pleased at Acura of Glendale. It was a seamless transaction and experience.
