They are very friendly and do their best to make sure my car gets the service it needs. My only issue is being charged for services that should be free to me. I bought/ordered a car in July. When the car was finally delivered in November, the dealer could not find the July paperwork. Since I had pics of the quote on my phone, I had the upper hand. My 81 yr old mother has been misled for years by these people. She believes everything they say and they know it. She has to get oil changes there because she has to use special "Acura" oil. They shimmed her battery connectors because "that's how they do it" and "hope it lasts a year". But now, less than a year after buying the "special Acura battery", her car won't start and they want to charge her $400 to re-shim the connection. Scott should be ashamed of himself and hope no one treats his mother the way he treats mine. More
