Again I find myself completely flabbergasted with the personal service and attention to detail with Acura of Peoria, We purchased a car not more than 2 months ago from Eileen Roberts, (a wonderful, amazi personal service and attention to detail with Acura of Peoria, We purchased a car not more than 2 months ago from Eileen Roberts, (a wonderful, amazing sales person) and this week we noticed an issue with the car. There was something wrong under the hood, I called up Acura and told them that I needed service, right away I was given options as when is it good for me to bring the car in. we settled on Thursday morning first thing.. When I arrive 15 minutes earlier than they open we were welcomed by the service crew and invited in. Ryan handled us with care and confidence, made the interaction actually enjoyable. Ryan made me feel as if my issue was a priority, and it was. He gave me an idea as what to expect with the diagnosis time and asked me how would I like to be contacted (phone or email), that was awesome, that allowed me the freedom at work not to be tethered to a phone all day. Ryan handed me the keys to the company loaner and without any hesitation I was off, easy in and easy out. This afternoon Ryan called me with the diagnosis, the fix and told me that the service was completed.. I could not ask for anything more than the tier one service I received from Ryan and Acura of Peoria. More
