Doug bent over backwards to complete the negotiations, paperwork, delivery and even setting up our favorite radio stations without us travelling to the dealership. It was all done at our home. My husband and I loved the way the vehicle drove and loved the fact that we didn't have a pushy salesman trying to sell us a vehicle. In the end we purchased a 2012 TL that we love.
