Amazing! First of all, when I first arrived, I was offered a drink. I needed a vehicle to drive while they worked on my car and they provided me with one. Matt, the technician, was kind and honest with what was wrong with my vehicle which I appreciate. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Chuck was very friendly and offered me a drink and icecream! He even lifted something heavy that I had in the trunk of their vehicle and put it in my car for me. They washed my car and vaccuumed the floors. They have great customer service skills. My car runs great! More

Chris Wood, of your staff, isn't a car salesman ... he is a transaction facilitator. We were shown and exposed to the features of the Acura RDX. Never hyping any particular RDX feature without describing the "package" that housed that particular component. We felt extremely comfortable with Chris's demeanor, knowledge of product and most of all his attentiveness to the customer's needs. The RDX SOLD ITSELF via Chris Wood's approach and knowledge.
