Lisa gathered all of the information over the telephone so that the necessary paperwork was ready for my signature upon arrival at the dealership. In spite of the two hour drive, each direction, the entire transaction took less time than if I had gone to a local dealership. Ewwww! I stopped by Salem Acura this morning and asked Terry if he thought mice could get into my heating system. He smiled and said, "Absolutely! He immediately worked me in (something I really did not expect at all). He had Kodee (and I am sure others in the service department) work on my "situation" (Ewww! it was mice) and had me out of the service department in 45 min.
