As soon as I walked in, Frank was the first to notice I was in need of assistance. He approached me with such kind candor & was willing to accommodate any questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in. They truly made me feel like I was a regular person buying a car & not just a quick sale with commission; all the members I interacted with.
