Jason in the finance dept. was also extremely helpful, giving me a coverage option I hadn’t previously considered. Tariq at the parts counter was great too and willing to help me out with an accessory purchase for my car. Donnie in service even introduced me to Eddie, the service manager, so I’d know who I can talk to when I come back for service. Upon further discussion with Brittni, we consider a lease, buying preowned and buying a brand new RDX off the lot. Brittni took my wants, needs and budget into consideration, they offered me a fantastic trade on my 2016 ILX, and I ended up buying a beautiful 2021 RDX. Matthew was my product specialist and he was excellent in organizing the transaction and reviewing the details of the SUV with me. They had everything ready for me to pick up, and even took the time to remove a very special sticker from my old car to take with me.
