I randomly walked into Acura of Westchester and stumbled on Chris Carfora. Chris was straight to the point and was extremely professional. As a woman, I always feel like salesmen try to take advantage because they believe you don’t know the art of “business”. I never got the vibe from Chris. Long story short, I rolled out the dealership the next day with a 2018 RDX and am completely satisfied! Thank you Chris and Alex (finance) for making these numbers work! More

Very dishonest group A salesman pursued us aggressively to get out of our lease 1 yr, early to put us into a new lease (same model car). Our ONLY possible motivation woul A salesman pursued us aggressively to get out of our lease 1 yr, early to put us into a new lease (same model car). Our ONLY possible motivation would have been to save money. We were "fast-talked" into believing the new lease would save us $10 per month. In fact, the new lease is actually costing $30 more per month. Yes, we should have read the contract. NO-- we will never use this dealership, again. We have told all of our friends and colleagues, so hopefully, this shady deal will cost this dealer more than the $30/month they managed to scam from us. More
