compassion and kindness go a long way I need to give a 5 star review to an amazing woman named Michelle Willoughby who works in the parts department at Acura of Westchester. This kind sou I need to give a 5 star review to an amazing woman named Michelle Willoughby who works in the parts department at Acura of Westchester. This kind soul went above and beyond to help me when my battery died while I was at the park with my daughter. It was totally my fault (long story). Point is it was getting dark and starting to pour and I called for roadside assistance and tried to give them my location… after an hour or so they called and said they couldn’t find me. In a panic I hung up and called Acura of Westchester and asked for the parts dept. It was pretty late so when I was connected no one picked up. I called back and told the receptionist my situation. She then connected me with Michelle Willoughby. By this point I was hysterically crying, nervous and frustrated in a dark rainy parking lot with my 8 yr old daughter who was also upset. Michelle patiently listened, calmed me down, and reassured me she would take care of everything. She absolutely did and stayed on the line with me the whole time until roadside arrived. I couldn’t be more grateful. People like her make Acura of Westchester a great place. More
