Not only was I assisted immediately upon entry, I was treated like a person and not a "sale". I dealt with the sales rep, Frankie Ferarro, and was extremely pleased with his help. Frankie fave it to me straight right from the beginning. Working with me every step to not only get me in the car I wanted, but to get me the into the price range I was looking for.. I was in and out with a new RDX in no time and felt like I was treated fairly, honestly, and like I was valued. Even the other sales rep on the floor jumped in and helped when I was on my way out... Great people, great place. Truly pleased with my experience. Thanks guys! More
