We made appointment at least week early to make sure we get a loaner car since our car needed a large maintenance. It's easy to drop off the car and after they will call you what kind of maintenance they recommend for the car. There is no pressure to do it all. However, our car is old but runs so well since we have done all the required services for it last 12 years. Car is still like brand new. George is very friendly, professional knows what he is talking about and quality of work is excellent. Very happy with Acura service department. More
