Rob thoroughly communicated my vehicle and pricing information with me, and did so in a quick and efficient manner, which I grately value. I would also like to acknowledge the phenomenal level of reassurance which was provided by sales manager, Frankie Ferraro, who, once again, made it his goal to confirm that I was getting an excellent deal, before the finalization took place. The finance process was also made very simple, by Audrey Aracil. Her expert level of knowledge made it literally a fast, 'sign-and-drive' experience. It's easy to drop off the car and after they will call you what kind of maintenance they recommend for the car. There is no pressure to do it all. However, our car is old but runs so well since we have done all the required services for it last 12 years. Car is still like brand new.
