Full of xx I have had no issues with the service department at Acura of Westchester. Some people are nicer and easier to deal with than others, but overall haven I have had no issues with the service department at Acura of Westchester. Some people are nicer and easier to deal with than others, but overall haven't had real problems. My issue is however with sales guy Jose Crespo. Two years ago I made an appointment with him to discuss upgrading my TSX for a TLX. He sold me on a 3 year lease. I explicitly told him at the time that I would be moving away from NYC with 6months remaining on the 3 year lease, with a very high likelihood of going back to Canada. He told me not to worry about it and there would be no issue at all returning the car early. Fast forward to present day. I email him to ask him about how to return the car early and if I can do it to any Acura dealership. He completely ignores my question and enthusiastically tells me to call him to discuss an upgrade. I reply that I am not interested and I would like to return the car early. He answers if you're moving, please return car. No xxxx! I asked you if I can return it to any dealership or does it have to be to Acura Westchester and if I can turn it in early. He simply replies call Honda Finance. I now get off the phone with Honda Finance and they inform me that it is not possible to do early return and that I am responsible for the full 36 months of payment on the lease. I know his job is to sell cars, but that is clearly all he cares about and will say anything including utter lies to do so. More

Rob was kept me informed as to when my new car was coming in, was always available to answer any questions, and was fantastic from start to finish.
