Outstanding consideration to an emergency situation Beth Hicks was outstanding. I came to her with an emergency situation at 10:00am and told her that I have to be in NY city by 11;00. She took me righ Beth Hicks was outstanding. I came to her with an emergency situation at 10:00am and told her that I have to be in NY city by 11;00. She took me right in and by 10:30 i was out and made it to the meeting on time. This is what I call customer service.
