We were uncertain about deciding between an RDX and a MDX and she was able to provide so much help on making that decision. From the first encounter with her, she treated us as individuals instead of customers, and that's what I and my mother appreciated most. She was very very personable, and communicated everything to us regarding the lease as clearly as possible. She was also very patient throughout the entire process, especially through each hiccup that came along the way. Alicia grew on me and my mother very quickly, even though our original intent was to make a purchase on a vehicle.
