This dealership, using current technology / social media identified an available vehicle. It was highlighted with enough information to catch my attention and address my questions. I was able to make a convenient appointment, see and test drive the vehicle and present my "wish list" demands. I had examined availability elsewhere but did not find exactly what fit all the important criteria until I came across Acura of Westchester. I recognize that, as a used vehicle, there may be issues that come with the territory. Having the car Certified Pre-Owned created a level of comfort. George Brunner was great! I took my car in for a recall service and while there I asked them to reset the alarm system and give me an additional remote start. I have purchased and leased vehicles from Acura of Westchester since 1990. I recall that my first vehicle was an Acura Integra. Over the years, I stayed with the Acura of Westchester Dealership, not only because of the wonderful Acura lineup of vehicles, but because their employees have always exhibited the exact qualities that I enumerated above. Most recently, I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced but, for personal reasons, I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment at least five times. Each time I called, I was almost embarrassed to inform my service advisor that I had to once again reschedule my appointment, but GEORGE BRUNNER, my service advisor, was very understanding and tried hard to accommodate me, which he did. Once again, Acura of Westchester came through with flying colors and should be commended for hiring such a well-spoken, dedicated and understanding service advisor. Nicholas Raptis More
