Frankie is the greatest!! Working with Frankie was an incredible experience!! Perfect experience It was like a scene in a movie. We came in for service and got our salesman Frankies brother George as our personal service advisor. He explained to us that before we spent the money on service we should go talk to his brother and maybe he could get us into a new car considering they had a lot of special deals going on this month. So we went upstairs to see our salesman, who is now the sales manager also, and he had the place rocking and under control!! He was not only helping us but he seemed to be helping everyone else there as well. While he was working our deal he was orchestrating 2 deliveries and also running numbers for other salesman in the process, and while doing all of that he never once made us feel like we weren't his main priority!! He was able to explain to us why it was smart to lease a new car even though we had a year left on our lease and kept our payment very close to what we were paying and got us into a brand new car allowing us to avoid future service bills like tires and breaks ect.. We are very happy with our purchase and with our dealership experience. Thanks Frankie and Georgie!! More
