We were fortunate to have had Jon Addabbo as our Sales Representative. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, understanding and courteous. He made my wife and I comfortable as we shopped for a certified pre owned RDX. We were looking for the best possible car in the best possible condition and Jon helped us do that. We looked at a lot of cars and Jon was patient throughout the whole process and guided us every step of the way. He worked with us schedule wise as well as my wife and I have crazy schedules. All in all, Jon is an amazing asset to the Acura of Westchester team. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an Acura. I also wanted to mention how courteous people were in the dealership when you walked in. Someone always asked if you are being helped, smiled and mentioned Jon will be right with you. The purchase process was relatively smooth. The young lady in finance was very nice and helped us with our paperwork as well as Frank worked with us on our loan rate. It was over miles, had 3 payments left, and I was scared of being charged a ton for "wear and tear". I thought it was going to be a HUGE headache, but Jon took care of all of it and made it so unbelievably easy for me. I was in and out of the dealership within a half hour, and with an awesome car which I didn't even think I would have for another 3 months. I love Acura, and I had a really good experience with Jon and Acura of Westchester. If they keep it up, I'll most likely be a life long customer. A++++ More
