Reinstatement Of Service Rep The last time I went in for an oil change, my rep, Juan Cordon, called me over to Express service. He explained what Express service was and got me in The last time I went in for an oil change, my rep, Juan Cordon, called me over to Express service. He explained what Express service was and got me in & out quickly. However, I was hugely disappointed to learn that he was no longer my service rep. Outside of an oil change, I am left to 'feel out' the other reps and choose one that i'm comfortable with. In all honesty I prefer to deal with Juan; he knows me & he knows my car. I believe it's a mistake to take such a talented, courteous, friendly & attentive rep and limit his services as well as his contact with customers. I hope he gets reinstated as a full service rep!
