From my experience - that is precisely what it seems he has done. Case and point - Beth Hicks from the service department. I recently had to bring my car in for a service. I needed a loaner car and generally and understandably they like for the customer to give them a week's advance notice so that they make sure that a loaner car of the customer's choosing is available. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to give them the advance notice that they normally request. But rather then be met with a series of obstacles or excuses on how they could not comply with my request, Beth Hicks from the service department was super gracious, pleasant and worked with me, not against me, to try and accommodate my needs. She was about to say when my car was ready to be picked up that if I was happy with her service could I spread the word. I did not let her finish her sentence because that kind of pleasant and efficient service is precisely what a customer looks for and is why I have been a loyal customer of Kens and the Acura of Westchester dealership for several years.
