Therefore, I often get a loaner and return at a later time. However, Shannon and Beth made my guest and feel so comfortable. They offered us beverages and ensured that the vehicle would be ready within the hour. When the time was approaching the next hour, Beth came in to let us know it will only be a few more minutes. She checked on us periodically between as well. I will not worry if I am unable to get a loaner anymore. I know I will be in great hands while I wait! More

Her car had major wire engine damage due to an animal getting in the engine. The Honda Dealership in Portland that was working on the car said they could not get the part to repair it until January 22nd. I called Elizabeth and she found the part and the car will e repaired next week. She was extremely helpful and will make Christmas much more enjoyable! More
