I called him in total panic mode after the insurance adjuster got through freaking me out about all that comes with a nasty accident. Of course, Matt had me covered. He was calm and reassuring. He stayed in touch with me and 10 days after my accident I am in my beautiful, brand new 2016 ILX. I could not have asked for a smoother, more stress-free transition. His concern for my well-being and for my satisfaction was highly apparent. Additionally, he has the patience of a saint and is professional and courteous. He is an absolute dream to work with! More

Backing up a $50k car and doesn't beep if too close in NYC area where parallel parking is a daily event - my 2010 Cherokee with cloth (no bells / whistles) lets my wife know. This simple feature was not explained as "excluded" She is not happy with this lease. And of course now my fault for next 3 years not asking yet assuming a luxury vehicle would have that standard. Also "finance" initial quote math was wrong (called to correct) More

I had the pleasure of working with Jon Addabbo, my sales representative and Kenny Hicks, the manager for my second visit as well. Jon gave me lots of information on my new MDX including a test drive and review of the car before I drove off. He helped me make the best decision as far as the package I picked. Hes always very kind and knowledgeable. He makes your car experience easy and comfortable. Kenny Hicks gave me a great trade in deal on an older car. He was beyond fair on my trade in price. He also took time to speak with me and assist in my decision between an RDX or an MDX. He also made sure we were comfortable and taken care of from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. I highly recommend this dealership and will be seeing these guys for a long time. I truly trust these guys and this is definitely not the case at all dealerships. I have had some traumatizing experiences! As far as the car.......words cannot explain. Go get yourselves an ACURA at ACURA OF WESTCHESTER!!! More
