She doesn't waste my time and she listens to my needs and makes a recommendation based on what my needs are. She knows what she's doing and I highly recommend her to anyone! They Lie So Well I have purchased 5 cars from Acura of Westchester and whether Grizz or Brianna they all lie. I purchased one from Griz and it wasn't supposed to have I have purchased 5 cars from Acura of Westchester and whether Grizz or Brianna they all lie. I purchased one from Griz and it wasn't supposed to have auto start, so I paid for it. I then thought about it and said I didn't want it and I was told how they already installed it, but would give it to me for free. Until I was told that it was installed when the car was brand new. I purchased two new cars way back and had the same experience. One sales person put me in a "special" program and Kenny the General Manager told me that I only got this because of my loyalty (it was the second new car in like 3 years). To make a long story short, my friend got the same exact MDX from Curry Acura for about $3 more or less per month. I love Acura of Westchester's service. This is where they are great. So, I put up with their outright lying and returned. I went to Grizz and he told me the best he could do was give me 8k on a car that was worth 12k on a trade. How do I know? He let me walk out. I came back and went to the guy who sits on the right of the door about 2 months later. I got 12k. Oh, the new car...Kenny blew a whole carton of smoke up my and told me I was getting all upgrades at "my cost". Funny, the running boards, navigation and whatever else I got were all inflated at least $300 each over their "cost". How do I know? Well, they have these sites that tell you what the dealer pays! I won't even get into my latest "liar, liar pants on fire" moment- put it this way, my "certified" pre-owned car may have been certified, but I did not get the brand new equipment they promised. The tires, battery and spare were supposed to be brand new, but I didn't check and they were not new. More
