Excellent being experience with Jon Addabbo We were suddenly faced with buying a car after our old one was totaled -- i went to several different dealerships looking for cars-- this dealership s We were suddenly faced with buying a car after our old one was totaled -- i went to several different dealerships looking for cars-- this dealership stood out -- not only because of the quality of the cars (which i had done a bit of research on) but the salesperson (Jon) greeted me immediately on entering (and not in an obtrusive way). I explained what i wanted and we went for a test drive -- we were looking for other deals not he same car and Jon said he would meet any price we brought him -- and he did -- he was incredibly professional , wonderful to deal with and had our car much sooner than expected (which was great for us as we were renting a vehicle and had only so much rental coverage from our insurance ) . Jon was patient (incredibly so !) in answering all of our questions and made the buying experience the best one I have had in 30 plus years of car buying. Acura of Westchester has a fan for life as does Jon! More

Great service and experience! I was in the market for a luxury sports sedan. This was my first time getting a luxury vehicle. My salesperson Matt Belov was very informative and hel I was in the market for a luxury sports sedan. This was my first time getting a luxury vehicle. My salesperson Matt Belov was very informative and helpful. He gave me an overview of the TLX including features plus leasing options. Knowing that I was shopping other vehicles, Matt wasn't very pushy and let me shop around. He was confident the TLX was the best value for the money and I would return; and he was right! I worked with Matt and got a great price and an even better car! On the day of pickup Matt was off, however his business partnet Jose Crespo was equally helpful. A few days after my purchase, Matt followed up to see how things were going and if I needed anything. That level of courtesy and attention to detail is what makes this dealership so great. I'd recommend Matt and everyone else at Acura of Westchester for great a price and service. More
