TOPS IN SERVICE- COURTIOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE Have a 2010 ZDX-one of the first on East Coast-waited a year to get it-Just had a serious Warrantee issue-my steering "rack" was leaking found during Have a 2010 ZDX-one of the first on East Coast-waited a year to get it-Just had a serious Warrantee issue-my steering "rack" was leaking found during a routine oil change-that's how thorough Acura's service techs are. Acura wanted to come and inspect because of my low mileage 41,520 (almost 6 years old) it was a very costly item to be covered under warrantee. But Tom walked them thru the inspection and got an immediate ok to replace it. Just a note you Acura owners-GET YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTEE- DO NOT LET IT LAPSE. This would have been a very expensive part & labor if not for my extending my Warrantee ! Cannot say enough about Acura of Westchester staff and service-it is my 3rd Acura and would never change dealerships!! More
