My recent purchase at Acura of Westchester I have purchased or leased 7 cars from this dealership over the years, but my experience during this last lease of a 2015 MDX was handled by Frankie F I have purchased or leased 7 cars from this dealership over the years, but my experience during this last lease of a 2015 MDX was handled by Frankie Ferraro in such an outstanding manner that I felt compelled to write this review. He wasn't actually my salesperson at first, but he was the one to help finalize the deal by offering me such good lease terms that I wound up getting a bigger car (MDX) than I came in for (RDX). He also helped me choose colors and was able to get me the color I wanted; and finally, he really came through for me when my salesperson left town during the weekend I was supposed to pick up my car. He did all the paperwork and handled the lease transaction and delivery in a friendly, professional manner. I'll be sure to come back to see Frankie in 36 months when my lease is up. More
