I just don't consider Chris a service rep, I consider him a friend. He makes sure my vehicle gets the care it needs so that it is safe for me and my family. I know that my MDX will be checked out thoroughly and any problems that may occur will be handled in a professional manner. Great Purchase Experience I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mr. Ferraro. He observed my interest in a new TL and sold me on the features and benefits of I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mr. Ferraro. He observed my interest in a new TL and sold me on the features and benefits of the 2014. He offered me a very fair purchase price, based on my prior research, and also made me a fair offer on trade in of my 10 year old Acura RL. When the deal was completed, neither he or his boss tried to further "upsell" me, which I greatly appreciated. The transaction was completed quickly and I was able to drive home with my new vehicle the same day. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ferraro to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura. This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealership, and their service dep't has been quite good, as well. More
