I returned to Acura of Westchester a second time because I appreciated how well taken care of I was the first time. At that point in time my wife was recovering from a very serious illness, and it was obvious to me that both Frankie and Ken Hicks, the sales manager, were sensitive to my situation. As a result of their consideration, they earned my loyalty, and made me into a repeat customer. Frankie's courtesy, professionalism, and respect for me continued as we transacted a lease for my new TL. He should be commended for his salesmanship and for his ability to conclude a transaction as promised. I have already recommended a friend consider speaking with Frankie before leasing a new Acura.
