I brought my car in for 3 things - Oil Change because light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressur light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressure check was back on. So to me they didn't do a proper check on the initial visit and just reset the indicator. This caused me to take more time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have serviced properly. To there credit they didn't charge me once bringing it back in. However it still was an un necessary second visit it should have been detected and corrected on the initial visit. More

It was a wonderful experience throughout the whole buying process. I was referred to Brianna from a friend and pretty much negotiated the terms over email and phone over a few days. This dealership gave me the best price of the MDX and the best trade-in value for my car. There was never any "shady" numbers or salesman talk throughout the process. The number they gave me was always the number we went with. It's funny I am commenting on this, but it is not the case in many dealerships that I have visited. Working with Brianna was such a a pleasure. She is very responsive, understanding to your concerns and always willing to work with me. She was very patient despite my many questions and always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. On the day of the pick-up I still had my reservations (again due to past experiences). But I have to say it was the smoothest process I could think of. All paperwork was ready, they gave me the trade-in value as promised and I was out of there in less than an hour. I've bought shoes taking a longer time. I highly recommend others to come here. I walked in quite apprehensive about having a "dealership experience" but Kelly made the process fun and FAST! I don't want to sit around all day waiting for my car to be ready!
