Just like a true gentleman, he acknowledged my presence, answered my questions and I had the smooth negotiation process of trading in my Acura and acquiring a new Acura. Just like a brother or a friend, we had a really good conversation about family, life and money. Here's the plus service. The day after I picked up the new car... I realized that I left my dashcam on the windshield of the MDX I traded in and I texted Matt about it and he quickly took care of it, and I pick it up that same day. Very proactive!
