When I had a major issue with the Jeep in the first 100 miles of ownership, he directed me to contact a local dealer, which made sense given the distance. However, there has not been one post sales check from him just to make sure things were going ok. Not that he could do anything specific but just good customer service. The parts department guys were great and helpful and I really appreciate their time and call back when my dealer here in VA told me my transfer case was on back order for two weeks. Professional and Knowledgable Sales I was shopping for a for Jeep Wrangler, but one with a little more character than an off-the-line model. Frank Imbragulio at Adams Jeep was the first I was shopping for a for Jeep Wrangler, but one with a little more character than an off-the-line model. Frank Imbragulio at Adams Jeep was the first to answer my inquiry and invited me for a test drive. Being a multiple Jeep owner, Frank was able to answer all of my questions and provided some valuable history on the evolution of the Jeep which lead to the improvements found in the model I was buying. During the short finance phase (Mike deserves honorable mention), Frank walked me through a complete tour of my new Jeep Wrangler, explaining each feature inside, outside and under the hood. I feel that I received a fair trade for my F-150, a great price for my new Wrangler and made a few new friends. I have had my new Jeep for over a week and I can attest the the Jeep Wave is alive and well in Maryland. More
