Most Enjoyable car (Jeep) buying experience ever!!!! It took several months for me to go from initial e-mail to Keith to meeting him face to face. When I finally came in, we went out to the jeep I mentioned I was interested in, took it for a test drive and came back to discuss things. Not once did I feel pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. I know I had presented a few challenges to them with my trade ins, and requests for the scope of my deal. Everyone took it all in stride I had one vehicle on site and another was 50 miles away. They offered to have someone drive me home to get my other vehicle to make things a smoother transition, going from two vehicles to one. The Staff who assisted me besides Keith, From Greg the driver, Wayne (Sales Manager I think), Finance person(I apologize for forgetting her name, All courteous, friendly and professional. Especially Keith, Very knowledgeable concerning Jeeps and very helpful with trying to make sure that what I got was what I wanted and that I was satisfied before we closed the deal. Over the years, I have purchased a LOT of vehicles and by far my experience here at Adams was far above ANY of the other Dealerships in Maryland. It should be a requirement for other dealerships to take notes from Adams on how to sell vehicles that people want.... not just sit back and order from a cookie sheet as so many dealers seem to do. What to expect, a very family like oriented, laid back dealership, when you meet a sales associate it is as if you are meeting a new friend for lunch, you get to talking, mention you like a vehicle and it is as if the new friend mentions very friendly like, we'll you know I happen to have one of those for sale, the conversation then becomes a very trusting one as if you are buying from a friend or family member not a dealership! As far as the level of service, discounted deal, financing and everything else that comes along with buying a new vehicle, they are simply the very best at what they do, not only do they have a "we can make this happen approach" you somehow feel relaxed and trusting beginning, during , through the finish and after the entire process is completed, you still feel trusting, you feel as if you had just made friends even though you have spent money on a new vehicle! Absolutely amazing buying experience, one you can not find anywhere else period, I am of course speaking from personal experience however having purchased over 30 vehicle (8 from Adams) in my lifetime I can say there is not a single dealership that I would rather spend my time in than Adams! If you are the type of person who is impressed by multimillion dollar buildings with 65" televisions everywhere and see this as you experience not caring how cold and calculated you are treated when purchasing your vehicle but feel special because the building itself and ammendities makes you feel important, well than Adams is not for you, the building is nice, inviting, warming and comfortable but make no mistake you will not find you are walking into a 25 million dollar building, a $500,000 - 50 foot tall sign out front, with ammendities you would expect at a 5 star hotel, btw how do you think those types of dealers pay for the expensive building, sign and ammendities? Well with the profits from your deal of course. Now if you want to walk into a nice place with the most friendly staff who treat you like a friend and secure the absolute best deal possible for you than Adams is your only destination!
