WORST EXPERIENCE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Hands down, WORST service my family has ever received. It's truly a shame that you walk in a dealership that is supposed to be ranked number 1 on the Hands down, WORST service my family has ever received. It's truly a shame that you walk in a dealership that is supposed to be ranked number 1 on the east coast to be treated so poorly. From the very beginning, the comments made were very unprofessional. Phone calls were not returned after the purchase with questions, and had problems with the title due to incorrect mileage that was an issue on the dealers end. Had the vehicle in service for a vehicle malfunction that is UNDER WARRANTY (2015 JEEP WITH 13K MILES) and we are told the issue cannot be taken care of. Maryland State Inspection was NOT done correctly and this vehicle WOULD NOT pass if anyone with a normal set of eyes would look at it. The Sales Manager John Huth even proceeded to hang up on us on the phone when we requested to speak with a general manager. I will NEVER bring our Jeep back for service nor purchase another vehicle here. When you walk in a dealership and spend over $40k, you don't want to be treated like total trash. Scummy dealership all around! More

I was lied too, I was assured everything on my 2015 pre owned wrangler was under warranty with the lift and tire pkg Adams installed. 2 weeks after the purchase I'm have issues, take it in just to be treated poorly and find out they "can't do anything for be because of the tires ". Not to mention all this is after being pulled over by a state trooper because the 40k Jeep DID NOT PASS M.S.I !!! I was told by the fix ops director "don't worry about it every once in a while you have to support the boy in blue and just pay the ticket "... Wow They had "overlooked " several things!
