Their customer service was great. I like that they give you a video inspection of the car before they do the work. They also helped me with redeeming my Chevy Advantage Rewards Points I like that they give you a video inspection of the car before they do the work. Just had the worst experience ever! Was going to buy a used car from Advantage Chevrolet. We were paying cash and had a bank check for the amount (we were there the day before and test Was going to buy a used car from Advantage Chevrolet. We were paying cash and had a bank check for the amount (we were there the day before and test drove it. Drove another hour and a half the next day to pick up the car. We asked if it had a full tank and were told they don't do that. I responded by saying that would be in my review. The sales person talked to his manager and came back with " we will send you a gas card after you give us a good review". I asked how much was the gas card worth. He stated 25 dollars. We laughed! The manager then came over chewing gum ( which I find rude while talking to customers) and said they don't feel that they want to do the deal. We then said " fine", and left the dealership. We decided this as we don't need a car. We were looking for a second car. More
