Friendly Atmosphere My experience started with call to Tom who was very helpful answering my questions, and I ended up coming into the dealer that same day. Upon entering the showroom at Advantage it was new, with a huge showroom, and very friendly staff to greet me. I had the pleasure of working with John Montgomery who was patient and understanding to help me find the 2017 Trax that wouldn't break the budget. Thanks to Mark Mc Allister as well who again was professional and let me take my time in decision making. Ryan in finance was quick and efficient. Thank You All! More

I walked in because other dealerships were not willing to come down in price to where they advertised. Bob was very warm and welcoming and didn't push for anything. He just wanted us to enjoy being there whether we purchased or not. I had a specific amount I could spend. I did not know where the cost of the vehicle would be at after taxes and such, so I asked to have the numbers run. Bob was more than willing to try and get the vehicle as close to my budget as he could. He ended up going to his boss three times and they got it in my price range!!!! I got a fantastic brand new Silverado at an amazing price! The experience couldn't have been easier and they had the best price by two thousand dollars of any dealership with that truck in the chicago area... and I checked!!! That just shows that he was willing to push the envelope to help me get what I wanted. After I decided to make the purchase, I got the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Sitter. He was the finance manager who helped me through the decision of what extra protections to add to my investment. He got me into a 100,000 mile warranty at an amazing price!!!!! I didn't even know that they could offer that. he was not pushy at all with it. I first said no and he didn't speak of it again until I asked questions about it towards the end of the deal. after he helped answer my questions he said that he could try to make it a little more affordable to help swing my doubt. It worked! very lively guy who just wants the customer to leave happy. That I did! The third gentleman that I dealt with was just as easy to talk to. Chris Gillani, the aftermarket/accessory guy. He helped me pick the little pieces to make the truck my own. Once again, not pushy at all and only helped me with items I was interested in and asked about. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and I would definitely go back for my next vehicle. More

At the end of the process we indicated that we we under a time crunch, and our salesperson, Freddy, was able to get us through all of the paperwork, prep our new car, and have us out the door within the time that we had. Our finance manager, Ryan, did a good job of going through the paperwork quickly, but thoroughly, allowing time for explanations and questions. More
