I usually dread looking for a new car....too many games to play and hoops to jump through. This time everything was different. We walked in the door and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Jim, introduced us to Charles Williams and asked him to help us. We took a test ride, discussed price, got a trade in quote, and then decided to have the dealership search for a specific car. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. We picked up the car last night and were walked through On Star transfer, and Charles also helped us pair the blue tooth to the car. It went perfectly. The next morning I got in the car and was able to use the blue tooth option. If I had tried to do it myself....being technilogically challenged.....it could have taken me weeks. Just a very pleasant experience all around. More
