I have purchased two vehicles now from here that have blown engines within ten years of purchase. I keep up with all scheduled maintenance on my vehicles and this is beyond ridiculous. My 2016 equinox ha blown engines within ten years of purchase. I keep up with all scheduled maintenance on my vehicles and this is beyond ridiculous. My 2016 equinox has been there for a week now because the engine that was replaced under warranty was "defective" so going on engine number three on a vehicle that has 82000 miles. Unacceptable. In the meantime I had to bring it back again because the engine control module wasn't updated when the engine was originally replaced. Well.. that work was done and now a week later the car is back there again because a brand new engine blown again. Feel like this is some kind of lemon issue going on and really just want to be done with this vehicle and dealership. I work for a huge hospital and depend on my vehicle to get me to work. I have been without it for a total of two weeks now without being offered anything whatsoever for my lost time or wages. Seeing now how they treat healthcare employees I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
